LAMY Refund and Return Policy (Philippines)

Cases for Exchange/Return or Refund/Deposit Return:

  • Products with manufacturing defects.
  • Products delivered with the wrong quantity, incorrect information, or wrong model compared to the order.
  • Prepaid orders that were canceled or not successfully delivered to the customer.

Conditions for Exchange/Return or Refund/Deposit Return:

  • The product returned to LAMY must be in its original condition, showing no signs of prior use.
  • For products with defects or damage during transportation, customers are kindly requested to provide video footage of the unpacking or images of the products immediately after receiving the delivery for LAMY’s confirmation.

Procedure for Exchange/Return or Refund/Deposit Return:

Step 1:
Customers are to contact LAMY and request a refund. To expedite the process, customers are kindly requested to provide product images and confirm the time of delivery.

Step 2:
LAMY will review and respond with the results of the examination.

Step 3:
Once approved, LAMY will proceed with the refund process.

Estimated Time for Exchange/Return or Refund/Deposit Return:

Payment via E-wallet (e.g., GCash, PayMaya) 1 to 3 business days
Cash on Delivery (COD) / Bank Transfer 5 to 7 business days
Debit/Credit Card Payment (Visa/MasterCard/JCB) 7 to 15 business days

Note:

  • LAMY covers all transportation costs for exchanges/returns.
  • The estimated refund time is calculated from the date of LAMY’s confirmation of the refund process.
  • The bank account details must match those of the person who made the original payment. For installment payments, the refund time will depend on the customer’s bank.
  • LAMY does not apply different refund methods from the original payment method chosen by the customer.
